LDV systems
1D-LDV probe fp50 shift
The fp50 probe (without or with sense of direction detection) is available with Nd:YAG laser or HeNe laser.
2D-LDV probe fp50 shift
The 2D-LDV system with directio-nal sense detection uses two Nd:YAG lasers with different wavelengths.
LDV profile sensor (1D/2D)
The 1D and 2D LDV profile sensor (without or with detection of the sense of direction) enables resolu-tion of the location coordinate to micrometre accuracy.
2D-LDV Long Range Optics
The 2D-LDV Long Range system enables large working distances with a nevertheless small measu-ring volume size.
